At Kaly Jewelry, we are committed to making sure your order arrives safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. Below is how we manage shipping within the United States.


📦 Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.


⏱️ Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
• Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.


📫 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
This will allow you to monitor your shipment status at any time through the USPS website.


📍 Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
Kaly Jewelry is not liable for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If USPS marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it:
• Please contact us at contact.kalyjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
• We will initiate an investigation with USPS, which typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
• Based on the outcome, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on your preference and the findings of the case.


🛑 Package Refusal or Recipient Unavailable
If the package is returned to Kaly Jewelry because the recipient was unavailable or the package was refused:
• You may request to have the order re-shipped, but you will need to cover the shipping cost again.
• If you prefer to cancel the order, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking costs.
