📦 Returns & Refund Policy — Kaly Jewelry
At Kaly Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and a trustworthy shopping experience. Although all our items are carefully inspected before shipping, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. Please review our return and refund policy below:
🔁 Do We Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or misuse of the product.
⏱️ Return Request Timeframe
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a defective product.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing.
📦 Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in perfect condition
• Include original packaging, tags, accessories, and any components received
• Include clear photos of the defect as part of the return request
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings
• Piercings
This policy is in place to protect the health of our customers and uphold our hygiene standards.
💰 Refunds
Once your return has been approved:
• If you choose a refund to your original payment method, 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 10% will be retained to cover non-refundable banking and payment processing fees.
• If you choose store credit, you will receive 100% of the purchase value, which can be used for future purchases at Kaly Jewelry.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
• If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is made without a confirmed defect or is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages (USPS)
If your package is lost or damaged during transit by USPS:
• Contact us at contact.kalyjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
• We will open an investigation with USPS, which may take 5 to 7 business days
• If USPS confirms the loss or damage, you may choose:
o A full refund, or
o A replacement item at no additional cost
